Went out of the way to accommodate us, my wife has Alzheimer’s and is bed ridden, by squeezing our appointment in when totally booked. Understood our urgency and responded. Fast, courtesy and efficient.

The technicians were excellent... they were thorough and professional and knowledgeable.

We are hot and cold with Maynor! All kidding aside, Maynor does an excellent job with our semiannual HVAC servicing. Their technicians arrive on time, work efficiently and professionally, and always leave the work area clean and tidy. I also appreciate their proactive reminders when our next maintenance appointment is due, so I never have to worry about keeping track of the schedule. Reliable, professional service with attention to detail. That's exactly what I expect from a service company, and Maynor consistently delivers.

Great services always for Mayor. Michael was prompt with text updates to let me know when he would arrive. He was very courteous and willing to answer all my questions. And he even stayed longer than the initial maintenance appointment to do an upgrade I’d requested while on site.

The service technician was thorough in checking indoor and outdoor units and was able to fix the thermostat issue speedily! He also gave advise and suggestions to prevent future issues and to keep regular maintenance services. I definitely recommend Maynor, and will certainly be using them in the future.

I had three HVAC systems that were functioning but each was 24 years old. I decided it was time to have all three replaced, and carefully researched the manufacturers, models and local installation and service companies. I received quotes from six, and chose to go with Maynor because their evaluation was the most thorough (thanks Norm!), their equipment was top notch (Trane), and their quote was reasonable. I'm only a few weeks past the installation, but so far I'm 100% pleased. Three or four crews arrived to install these units, which they completed in one day. They were professional, polite, and careful not to get the carpets dirty. They even corrected a problem (a partially kinked refrigerant line) that had existed for many years (possibly 24 years, reducing the cooling effectiveness and efficiency of one of the three systems), even though it meant running a new section of expensive copper line (but no additional cost to me). I have high expectations that their service will be equally excellent in the coming years, though I hope not much service will be necessary. I highly recommend Maynor Service Company!
