It all started with Mike Langdon. He discussed in detail the options to replace my HVAC system that heat and cool my upstairs. He was very professional and just an overall good guy that I feel was honest and sincere about taking care of my needs. And I want to thank Jessica for scheduling the installation date and for the installation experts, Jeff and Josh which I called the J&J Team. These guys were on time, very professional, and went over the details of the installation. They also kept me updated on the progress and it was a major relief to feel the cool air flowing. What an awesome experience from the beginning to the end. I look forward to having Maynor servicing my unit going forward and I would highly recommend Maynor to others if you are looking for top-notch service.
When my Air conditioning went out with 100-degree temperatures looming later in the week, Maynor sprung into action and had a rep out an hour after I called. The solution was a full system replacement, which I feared would take several days to weeks to schedule/install. To my surprise, they were out two days later, just before summer temperatures ensued. The two service technicians, Eneff and Austin were on-time and got to work right away. I was very impressed with their professionalism, as my wife and I were able to go about our daily routines while Eneff and Austin were in our home working. They answered all of our questions, finished in the time they said they would, and did an amazing job with clean-up. Needless to say, I would recommend this company to friends and family.
Rob & Seth & a top-notch team of professionals came out to Jersey Mike’s in Peak Plaza today, where they installed a brand new HVAC system to cool our kitchen area. They started at 7:30 am, and did not let up until our formerly 90+ degree kitchen area was sitting comfortably at 72. They beat their own time estimate by a few hours and left the place as clean as they’d found it, even taking time to stop back by a while after they were done, just to make sure everything was still good. I’ve rarely had such a positive, professional experience with any service company, and I can not recommend them highly enough. My sincere thanks to each and every one of the people involved in giving us a MUCH more comfortable working environment!
I have been a Maynor customer since day 1. They are the best HVAC company! Last week I used the electrical services. Tom G and Chris K did a great job. Installed a home surge protector, switch, and outlet in a little over an hour! Thank you for great service as always!
Was very happy with the work Chris K. did while hanging a light fixture for me in my dining room. He was very friendly and professional. The light looks great and he was very efficient. I also appreciated that he offered to wear a mask for my comfort. All in all, very positive experience and would highly recommend them.
I’ve long been a customer of Maynor Heating & Air ever since 2007 when Anthony [Maynor] conducted the inspection of my HVAC system when I bought my home. I purchased a new Trane unit from him a few years ago and am really happy with the heating/cooling performance. Maynor techs have provided a thorough HVAC check-up every spring and fall.
More recently, I decided to give the Electrical arm of the company a try. Wow! I was lucky to have Norm over the first visit and saw how the “boss man” conducted himself. His work was flawless and he moved through the project with skill and efficiency. I called them back for some additional electrical work and, this time, Chris did the work. He was prompt, polite, and a skilled electrician. I am so psyched to trust TWO different service groups under the Maynor umbrella.

I’m amazed at their honesty and professionalism. Our existing unit was on its last leg. We received quotes from three highly rated companies. But Maynor, by far, head and shoulders above the rest. Jim, what a great man, gave me a quote with three different options, and explained the pros and cons of all. He never pushed me one way or the other. From the day of the quote to the date of installation….five days!! (Including the weekend). We couldn’t be any happier. Oh, I even checked our trash can outside….nothing. They even took all their trash with them. Seriously, it’s the little things that really make them special.
Had Drew and Team come up and install a new HVAC system for our attic. Quote and estimate were quick and he even helped with some referrals for other construction work that needed to be done before he could start. Once I gave him the go-ahead Drew was organized and came on time with a large crew, installed new ductwork, re-routed other ductwork installed returns, and a new furnace. Basically was done in 2 days and then had ductwork tested and installed trim out and fired up! Drew came to check everything before signing off and found a little bit of water (most likely due to a storm), he took care of it quickly and haven’t seen it since.
Will use Drew and team to service our HVAC system moving forward since the work they do is great!
Also, we had Norm install a subpanel and 8 circuits on the 3rd Floor. If you need any electrical work – would highly recommend him too. His customer service is flawless and is a straight shooter. Already considering using him again for a transfer switch for a generator.
I highly recommend Maynor HVAC. Rob and Seth just left my house after installing a mini-split in a room in a detached garage. They were scheduled to show up at 8:00 am and were here on the exact minute. They were very nice, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. Their installation was clean looking and they cleaned up after the job was done – leaving the room spotless. I had to move shelving prior to their arrival and they even moved the shelves back in place. I complimented them when they finished and Seth said, “We love what we do.” That was very clear in their professionalism and work product. I would definitely use Maynor again and can highly recommend the company. Also, a quick note on Drew who sold the system. He is a great guy who knows his products very well. After dealing with him, I felt like he was family – a super nice guy.
We had Robert come out to our house to help us with heating issues as well as our fireplace not working in our house. Let me begin by saying that if anyone can have Robert come to their house for work, you’re going to have the best possible experience you can have with a repair. Not only was he friendly, respectful of our home, and efficient, he was also willing to explain what repairs he was making as well as educated us on how our systems operate. He stayed at our house late because he was a late afternoon call and not once did he complain or show a sense of wanting to go. He was as helpful as he could be the whole time and 100% present for us. If Google had a way to rate higher than 5 stars, we would give them to him. Thank you Robert!

I have used this company for HVAC service for the past few years and recently had them out to replace my entire system. They have always been professional, prompt, courteous, and responsive. The process of replacing my HVAC was seamless despite difficulty acquiring a part (thanks COVID). They even repaired my baby gate while they were here! Highly recommend.
Maynor Heating and Air Conditioning provided excellent customer service and care. Gary who came to my home was very personable, wore shoe protectors, had a mask on at all times (due to COVID precautions) and was extremely knowledgeable. He conducted a very detailed cleaning and provided top notch maintenance on my heating unit. He uncovered some things that needed to be fixed and took photos to show me, explained everything very clearly and fixed what was needed. The unit it running so much better already. I will be using them moving forward for maintenance on my heating and air.

We have used Maynor for several years, and have always been highly satisfied. They provide thoughtful and expertise-based recommendations for what needs to be done. Recently, they needed to install a new HVAC unit for our downstairs. Although it was an unconventional installation (they had to be creative about increasing the size of the return grill), everything about the process went smoothly. Maynor is great at being responsive to calls, communicates effectively about everything, including timing of visits, costs, and follow up after visits (thank you, Jessica!), and does highly professional installations. Our installers, CJ and Neftali, were proficient, efficient, effective and respectful of COVID concerns. When they weren’t certain how to proceed, they did not hesitate to contact their supervisor, who came quickly to their aid. They were all great! Plus, it’s nice to have heat on cold days!
The service was very good and fast. The company kept me updated about the technician arrival time. At the end of the service, the technician gave me a brief report of the performed activities.

I received regular maintenance on my furnace this morning and had a great experience with the technician from Maynor Heating and Air. The technician arrived promptly at 8:00 after giving me a call that he was on his way. He was respectful of my home and wore booties and a mask when he entered. The technician answered all of my questions without pushing unnecessary repairs or services.
It can be difficult for me to trust the quality of work of others since I prefer to do DIY projects. I opened my furnace a few weeks ago and noticed there were a lot of cobwebs and dust behind the service panel of my furnace. After the technician left I opened the service panel again and found the area to be pristine!
Overall I was very satisfied with the services I received and am looking forward to our spring AC service appointment!
Joe and the other techs are always friendly and helpful when I have questions. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need.
I am disabled and Chronically Ill, waiting for a Heart Transplant. My heater stopped working. I called Maynor HVAC, and they sent Robert the same day. Robert found the problem, after I had another company come 3 times. Robert is the best!!!. Maynor gave me a quote the next day to have it fixed, andtold me it was going to be around $600.00. I called the next day to schedule them to come and fix it (since I was freezing), and to my surprise, they had the part and Robert came the same day again. Robert again was the BEST!!! If I could adopt him I would. Larry and Krista in the office were also excellent. They actually helped me file a claim with Trane, and the bill was only $350.00 to my surprise, and a very good surprise at that!! I have never had a contractor quote me a price and he came in 50% lower. I love these guys. Since they are so honest, I will have them do the maintenance on the unit, and they WILL be the only ones I use from now on. EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!
Maynor showed up same day and called 20 minutes before arriving. The technician was polite, respectful and was in and out quickly after diagnosing the issue.

My technician was outstanding and very trustworthy. He alerted me to an issue he had previously identified at the house prior to my owning it. This was crucial information in seeking redress but was certainly not something required of him.
