COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Our customers’ and employees’ safety is always our priority. Maynor Services Company follows the CDC Guidelines for businesses and employers.
- We provide employees will face masks to protect them and you when it’s not possible to maintain a six-foot distance.
- We’ve installed hand sanitization stations at strategic locations throughout our building.
- We encourage employees to wash and sanitize their hands frequently.
- We’ve directed employees to report any of these symptoms to their supervisor or HR as soon as possible:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
This is not an exhaustive list and may not include all symptoms of COVID-19.
- If an employee reports any concerning symptoms, they must visit a medical provider to determine the need for a COVID-19 test.
- We will immediately separate employees who develop symptoms on the job from other employees or send them home to pursue a diagnosis.
- Our employees understand that time is of the essence with reporting testing and test results to the HR Manager.
- If an employee tests positive for COVID-19, they must quarantine immediately. They can return to work only after a medical provider’s release and/or a negative test clears them.
- We notify anyone who may have been in close contact with the infected employee to seek COVID-19 testing. In compliance with HIPPA and ADA laws, we will maintain the privacy of infected or potentially infected employees regardless of test results and test statuses.
- We will immediately close the area within which the infected employee was working for 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will clean and disinfect the area and all common areas per CDC guidelines.
